CLC Vacation Bible School 2025 - Faith That Overflows
WHO: Ages 4 - Grade 5 (completed) | All children attending VBS must be potty-trained.
DATES: Monday, June 16 – Thursday, June 19 | 9:00 a.m. – Noon
Extended Day Option: Grades 1–5 (completed) | Noon – 3:00 p.m.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of CLC, the full $150 cost per camper is 100% covered this year. All we ask is that you only register if your child can attend all four days—let’s make the most of this amazing opportunity!

Your child will have a blast each day with worship, Bible study, snacks, crafts, and games. Professional counselors from Green Lake Bible Camp will bring tons of energy, music, and fun to make this an unforgettable experience!

Your registration also signifies your approval of the use of pictures taken at events, to be used in our social media or publications. We don't identify kids by name in any materials without parent/guardian permission. It also signifies permission for CLC to contact you via email and SMS (text) communications.
CLC pays the $150 fee for materials/counselor staff for every child registered. Please register if your child is able to fully participate for all of VBS. Cancellations must be made by May 27th.
* Please include any information that you think would be helpful for us to know. This might include medical concerns, type of allergy, allergy instructions, special needs, behavioral issues, family dynamics like divorce or separation or custody issues. This will be shared with your child’s leader, if appropriate.
Adult(s) Other Than the Parent/Guardian(s) Who are Authorized to Pick Up the Child:
Emergency contact - NOT parent/guardian. To be contacted in the event of an emergency and a parent/guardian cannot be reached.
All of our children’s programs (VBS, KidZone on Sunday mornings, and LOGOS on Wednesdays) are parent/family-driven ministries. Your involvement is critical to our programs.
Youth volunteers (completed 6th grade and up) are encouraged to participate as well.
Mandatory Youth Volunteer Training for all volunteers (grades 6-12 completed).
- Wednesday, May 7 | 6:00-8:00p.m.
Mandatory Volunteer Training for all (adult and youth volunteers) who will be volunteering onsite during VBS.
Sunday, June 15 | Following the Horizon Service (~11a.m.-12p.m.)
** All youth volunteers are required to attend training. Youth volunteers will learn valuable leadership skills at this interactive training!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - READ CAREFULLY
* I/We do consent to any x-ray, anesthetic, medical, surgical, dental diagnosis, or treatment that may be deemed necessary for my minor child. Further, I understand that all efforts will be made to contact me prior to treatment. In the event I cannot be reached in an emergency, I give permission to the activity leader to make the decisions necessary for treatment. Should there be no activity leader available, I give permission to the attending physician to treat my minor child. I further understand that the doctors, dentists, and other providers attending to my child will take all reasonable safety precautions during their care. Further, as parent or legal guardian I am financially responsible for the health care decision for my minor child and agree that my insurance plan is the primary plan to pay for the dental, medical, or hospital care or treatment that is given to my child. Any policy of the church or organization sponsoring this event will be used as the secondary coverage.
